Maria Regina High School

 

Maria Regina High School is committed to establishing a safe educational environment for all members of our community.  MRHS is working on an effective learning plan in full compliance with the New York State safety guidelines. We are developing a plan that maintains our students’ education and safety as our top priorities. We have established a Reopening Committee, which is comprised of a cross-section of MRHS community members, including faculty, medical professionals, lawyers, parents, security, maintenance, and an architect.  They will continue to meet this summer to review all relevant guidelines as they come out and provide recommendations on the implementation of those guidelines for our school. 

 

A Learning Committee that includes members of administration and the faculty, is finalizing the details of our academic program for the fall that incorporates a hybrid of in-school and virtual learning.  Special training for faculty and staff relevant to mental health and other pandemic-related issues which will begin in the fall. Our social worker will also have extended hours for students who may need support.
